I absolutely, unreservedly agree. This is something that many of us have discussed at length before - the time is probably ripe to discuss it again.
I have noticed that, at least in the fiction and comics communities, Christians, on the average, tend toward a lower quality of storytelling skills. But perhaps more to the point of what Lewis is saying (if I'm not taking him out of context)...
Well, I'll just sit down and make an actual post about it as soon as I have the time.
I've just discovered your blog, and yes, I agree with you. However, I must say that it is very difficult to get anything published about Christianity, mmost publishing houses don't want to know. If there is a blanket refusal, how are good pieces even going to get through this concrete wall?
I've been trying for years to get a publisher to take on a series of children's books based on the bible which I'm writing at the moment. It is a very good idea I think, because it is geared not only to children with Christian parents, but kids on the whole to give them an idea of what is actually inside the bible (told in modern language).
Another thing, can you please teach me how to put up the individual post titles the way you've done on your front page. I've tried everything but can't get mine to do that. I would really appreciate it.
